Ning's Hotpot

Retail Design in Central London

Ning specialises in Cantonese-style beef hotpot and sashimi, therefore the interior, joinery, and lighting design take inspiration from 1950s Hong Kong, including the neon signs, architectural and interior typologies and materials. 
The design approach also focused on sustainability, aiming to retain and repurpose as much of the existing material from the previous tenant as possible. ​
